What we collect
- Vendor-link clicks. When you click through to a vendor, we record the click on our own server: which page you were on, which vendor you chose, an anonymous first-party identifier stored in a cookie, and a hashed, truncated form of your IP address and browser signature used only to filter bots and duplicates. We do not sell this data.
- Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are read and which vendors are clicked. Where consent rules apply in your region, analytics storage is off until you opt in.
- Software Finder answers. If you use the Software Finder, your answers and the resulting matches are stored anonymously to improve the questionnaire.
What we do not collect
We do not ask for your name or email, and we do not track you across other websites.

We may earn a referral fee when you click through to a vendor and become a customer. Referral relationships never change how vendors are scored or ordered. Every claim on this site is marked as verified from the vendor's own published materials, inferred, or not publicly listed.
